Please read these website terms before you use this site. By using the site, you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
These Terms Cover The Website, Not Your Move
These are terms of use for the website only. They are not the terms for a removal, storage, packing or crate hire job.
Every move is priced on its own. When we send you a quote, we also send the terms and conditions that apply to that job. Those terms form the contract for your move. Please read them before you book. If you have not received them, ask us and we will send them.

- use the site in a way that breaks the law;
- send false details through the quote form, or use it to send spam;

Information On Our Pages
We work hard to keep the site accurate and up to date. Even so, the pages give general information only. They are not a quote and they are not advice for your own move.
Our guides and area pages mention things like parking rules, council permits and transport links. Councils and other bodies change these from time to time. Please check the latest rules with the body concerned before you rely on them.
Nothing on the site is an offer to carry out a move at a set price. A move is only agreed when you accept a written quote from us.
Asking For A Quote Online
When you send our online quote form, you are asking us to contact you. It does not book a move and does not commit you to anything. Quotes are free and there is no obligation. Our privacy policy explains what happens to the details you send.
Copyright In Our Words And Photos
The words, photos, logo, maps and design of this site belong to CMR Relocation Limited or to the people who licensed them to us. Some photos are licensed stock images.
You may print or save a page for your own use, such as planning your move. You must not copy, publish or sell our content, or use our name or logo, without our written permission.
Links To And From Other Websites
The site links to other websites, such as Google Maps, Trustpilot, Facebook and council pages. We include these links to help you. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for what they say or how they work.
You are welcome to link to our home page in a fair way. Please do not suggest we endorse you when we do not.
Website Availability And Changes
We aim to keep the site running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, pause or remove any part of it at any time.
We take care to keep the site secure. You should still use your own virus protection.
Our Responsibility To You
The site is free to use. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss caused by using the site or by relying on its general information.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. That includes death or personal injury caused by our negligence, and fraud. These terms do not affect your legal rights as a consumer.
Our responsibility for a move is set out in the terms that come with your quote, not here.
Law That Applies To These Terms
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales can deal with any dispute about them. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring a claim in your local courts.
Updates To These Website Terms
